Matt has had a highly successful 24-year career within the financial services industry, having spent many years working at HSBC moving through the ranks as an adviser within both the private client and corporate sectors.
Prior to joining Integrity365, Matt spent 8 years building and developing an IFA business specialising both as a private client adviser, and using his extensive knowledge of the corporate sector in assisting businesses, their management and their employees with strategic financial planning and wealth management solutions.
His attention to detail and genuine consideration for his clients builds strong and trusted relationships, helping them through their financial planning journey.
Throughout Debbie’s career as a Financial Adviser, she has always been passionate about building relationships and adopting new concepts that better herself, her company and her client’s experience. She helps clients achieve their financial goals and ambitions with strategy and planning. Debbie has worked within the Financial Services industry for more than 25 years alongside some exceptional professionals.
Having spent 6 years at Bradford and Bingley as a Wealth IFA, Debbie then moved to the RBS group in 2002 as a regulated Financial Adviser, within the Private Banking Team progressing to become a Private Client Wealth Manager, looking after the top 2% of the bank’s client base.
She then made the transition to work for Mercer Jelf Financial Planning, as a Senior Financial Planner. The award-winning Jelf Group plc was founded in 1989 by Chris Jelf and was acquired by Marsh & McLennan Companies (MMC) in December 2015. Following the acquisition, Jelf Financial Planning merged with Mercer’s financial planning business, to form Mercer Jelf Financial Planning. This move gave Debbie the opportunity to work alongside Chris Jelf and continue to provide expert advice to individuals on matters relating to Tax Planning, Investment Strategy and Family Protection.
Work ethos has always meant putting clients at the centre of everything Debbie does – working side-by-side with clients as their trusted adviser to understand their needs and individual circumstances. As well as working with other industry professionals to provide the best client outcome.
Debbie is committed to delivering excellent client service and Integrity365 enables her to deliver the service, goals and quality that our clients should have come to expect.
