Christmas 2022 at Integrity365

Sustainability is an important focus for us and we want to do our best to help address the issues that really matter to our clients. Therefore, this Christmas in order to take steps in the right direction, we have made a donation to charity rather than sending out physical cards.

In addition, we have also been running a number of charitable initiatives within the business to benefit the areas surrounding our offices which you can read more about below:

One Can Trust

The One Can Trust are a local charity, started in 2011 and based in Bucks, close to our High Wycombe office. They help vulnerable families and individuals living locally, and right now they need support more than ever.

They work with local organisations, including Bucks Council, housing associations and the Department for Work and Pensions, to provide weekly food parcels to those who need their help. The One Can Trust have seen a huge increase in support requests over the last few months due to the cost of living crisis. In addition to providing food for households who are struggling, they offer advice and support to help families tackle the causes of their financial difficulty.

In the days before COVID, the One Can Trust supported an average of 225 people per week, half of which were children. With the increase in the cost of living, their ‘new normal’ is a frighteningly higher level than they have ever seen before. In November 2022, the One Can Trust were regularly supporting over 700 people per week with 1350 parcels being delivered.

Integrity365 are supporting the One Can Trust this year with food for their packages, and our High Wycombe team have decided to use this year’s Secret Santa to another use by donating their usual spend to this great cause instead.

The Trussell Trust

The Trussell Trust support a nationwide network of food banks, included areas local to our offices, and together they provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.

In the UK, more than 14 million people are living in poverty – including 4.5 million children. The Trussell Trust support more than 1,200 food bank centres in the UK to provide a minimum of three days’ nutritionally-balanced emergency food to people who have been referred in crisis, as well as support to help people resolve the crises they face. Between April 2019 and March 2020, food banks in their network provided a record 1.9 million food supplies to people in crisis, an 18% increase on the previous year and during the coronavirus pandemic food banks have seen need rise even further.

Due to the cost of living crisis driving demand, we know that food banks needs our help more than ever and so the Integrity365 are also supporting collections for The Trussell Trust this year.
