Due to the continued growth an established Independent Financial Advice firm, Integrity365, is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis.
The business offers this part-time role with core hours of 16 hours per week, flexible on timing within the 9am – 5pm working day. Ideally, this would be undertaken over 4 days within the working week at our Doynton (Bristol) or High Wycombe office location, with a potential for hybrid working and additional locations considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monthly reconciliation of provider payments onto Intelliflo CRM System (IO).
- Raising invoices for services across a wide variety of clients
- Regular review of aged debtors and creditors, invoices on hold
- Working with the Financial Manager to ensure accounts and FCI statements remain up to date.
- Maintain excellent day-to-day working relationships with the bank.
- Support financial and business reporting across the organisation.
- Monitor bank statements for payments in and out on a daily basis, recording appropriately, and ensuring all costs and purchase invoices are allocated correctly.
You will possess:
- Have at least 3 years experience of working within a similar role within accounting working with reconciliations and invoicing.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Knowledge of Intelliflo (IO) would be advantageous.
- Experience in carrying out financial duties in a small/medium business
- High level of competence in using the following MS Office products – MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
- Experience in using CRM, accounting software, and online banking systems. Full training in the systems we use will be provided.
- Self-sufficient, hands-on attitude and ability to work to own initiative.
